
Belle Boutique is privately owned and operated. All images and jewelry designs are property of Belle Boutique.
Custom Orders -
Your Belle Boutique jewelry item or collection is a custom
product, therefore changes may not be accepted after your
order has been submitted.
A deposit of $15 per item is required at time of order and
applied toward your total purchase cost. (If purchasing a Mother's Bracelet from the website, the deposit does not apply, the total price will be collected at the time of order - prices indicated on the website are the final prices.) While we make every effort to ensure your 100% satisfaction, should you terminate the process of creating your custom piece; $10 per item will be retained for materials and production costs incurred.
Prices quoted on custom pieces are only quotes, prices are not final until item is complete. When your item is finished, an invoice for the remaining amount will be sent via email. You then have 7 days to respond and/or pay before your item goes out to bid. If you do not respond or pay you will NOT receive a refund on deposits made.
Shipping -
Please allow 21 days for your item to be complete for custom pieces. Please allow up to 5 days for your item to be sent for shipping for ready made pieces. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unless otherwise requested and agreed upon by Belle Boutique, all orders will ship via USPS with shipping confirmation.
Payment -
No item will ship until payment has been recieved in full.
No custom order will be started until a deposit has been received.
At this time Belle Boutique accept only payments processed through Pay Pal.
All payments are expected in a timely manner. Orders are subject to cancellation if payment is not received in an acceptable amount of time.
Problems With Your Item -
We stand behind out items 100%. Should you encounter a problem with your jewelry piece, please contact us to arrange repair. Any costs involved with repair, including shipping, will be decided on a case by case basis.
Returns -
Due to the nature of a custom order piece, Belle Boutique will not accept returns on any items that have been custom ordered. Should you encounter a problem with your custom order piece, we will be more than happy to work with you to make the situation acceptable for both parties.
Belle Boutique will accept returns on any piece that was purcahsed ready made for up to 10 days after the piece was received by the customer. Returns after 10 days will not be accepted. If an item is returned, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Belle Boutique. No shipping costs will be refunded.
